Description
Prof. Andreas Lundqvist from the Karolinska Institute, will present how the cell surface architecture can provide a new dimension for biomarker discovery in cancer. His group used the Proximity Network Assay to identify differences in immune cell frequencies, protein abundance, and protein organization associated with response to anti-PD-1 therapy in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The seminar will highlight how looking beyond protein abundance can uncover new mechanistic insights into disease and treatment response.
