The Pixelgen Single Cell Spatial Proteomics Kit, Immunology Panel I, Human enables spatial mapping of immune cell surface proteins at an unprecedented multiplex and with a simple workflow.

Powered by the Molecular Pixelation technology.
Start with single immune cells in solution, either in mixed population (like PBMCs) or enriched (like T-cells), and use standard molecular biology laboratory equipment to PFA fix the cells, pixelate to introduce spatial barcodes and do NGS library preparation, all in about two days.

The NGS data output from 300 – 1000 cells per sample is processed using the Pixelator primary analysis tool and analysis packages, and provides a digital 3D representation of the cell surface proteins together with protein spatial correlation and colocalization scores. The pre-validated immunology panel consists of 80 protein assay targets, including 4 internal controls. The full list can be found here below.
