Richard Hagelin
Richard brings over 20 years of experience in the life science industry, with a strong background in manufacturing, operations, and scaling innovative technologies. Before joining Pixelgen, he held leadership roles at Olink and now leads Manufacturing and Operations to support the company’s growth.
He is passionate about working cross-functionally, fostering collaboration, and watching teams develop as they solve challenges together. Outside of work, Richard recharges in the outdoors — especially alpine skiing, where he finds the perfect mix of adventure and focus.
